"A Dash of AI" is an engaging introductory course that helps young minds understand the digital world around them. Through hands-on activities and relatable examples, students discover how modern digital services work, how to stay safe and thoughtful on social media, and how to use AI tools creatively and responsibly.

A Dash of AI program Curriculum

Week 1: Data and choices - Learners map out their favorite apps and work out how those apps make money through experiments

Week 2: AI as Help - Children learn how to use AI as an aide for researching a topic and also about "vibe tasking". They understand how AI works and how to go from patterns to predictions

Week 3: Where AI can mislead – Children will learn why not to use AI as a specialist, its limitations, and all about fakes and deepfakes through a fun quiz.

Week 4: Privacy in the Digital world- Children will learn how to protect their personal info online, about digital footprints and anonymization tools. They understand these concepts through a game with mock social media posts and by creating their own AI guidebook.
