The Learning Lever is a learning provider specializing in after-school , weekend and holiday learning programs for children in the age groups of 5 to 14 years. Our programs inculcate Foundational Thinking Skills, Higher-Order Creating Skills, and Transformational Life Skills. Our approach is rooted in the philosophy of child-led, flow-based learning, ensuring all programs are experiential and activity-based.

The Theory of Flow, our guiding philosophy to create these learning experiences defines Flow State as that “in which people are so involved in an activity that nothing else seems to matter; the experience is so enjoyable that people will continue to do it even at great cost, for the sheer sake of doing it”. Our endevaour to create such flow state experiences as a part of our learning programs ensures that

• The learning is child led and child is intrinsically motivated to do something

• The learning is experiential & immersive and  appeals to the different intelligences of a child

•  Child is challenged just to the right level not to feel stressed or lose interes

• Learning is effortless and a by product

• Child can apply this way of learning to various other subjects

• There are clear goals and feedback leading to a sense of achievement at the end 

• Facilitator is not instructor but is there just to provide scaffolding​
