Space Odyssey is a certified 1 year program offered by The Learning Lever in collaboration with Space Kidz India.Children get to explore the wonders of the universe and learn space science study through hands-on STEM experiments, build challenges, field trips and expert sessions. Space Kidz India have been turning ideas into space adventures for over 14 years and constantly working to inspire India’s youth and cultivate future leaders in space science and exploration. This program is designed to span over 12 months, covering topics such as astronomy, rocket science, and satellite building. This is the beginner 3-month program that will introduce children to Space Science and Astronomy Basics.

Learning Objectives of the program (1st Quarter) - Observable Universe

Understand how the universe began and explore how it has evolved over time.

Learn about stars and galaxies — their life cycles, black holes, and how galaxies form and evolve.

Develop a sense of scale by comparing the size and distances of objects in the universe.

Identify major constellations and recognize well-known stars.

Gain skills in observing the night sky, learn how to track stars and planets through seasons and understand how telescopes work.

Explore what makes space environments unique — from gravity and habitats in space to possibility of alien life.

Get inspired by space heroes, learn about the journeys and contributions of astronauts and engineers to space exploration.
